It can be glued over most stable ceiling surfaces including popcorn ceilings and painted to your likeness. The tiles are made from extruded polystyrene. The size is 19-5/8 in. x 19-5/8 in. I have a smaller bathroom with no windows and have been redoing rooms since my children have moved out. My mother told me a friend had bought and installed tiles from here and loved them. So I bought some and painted them with ceiling white myself. Like others I read was hesitating to put them up and then one day I just did it and LOVE IT! It has given my bathroom such a unique richness that is so nice to see. Great quality, great price, easy installation...Love them!!!

We had a ceramic tile ceiling in the bathroom. cracking sheetrock. Used these tiles and simply measured out the center and glued them up. I ordered the wrong product and returning was simple and easy. Ordered more in the copper look. People think they are copper tiles. They will last a lifetime and look fantastic! Thank you.

I've purchased the PVC ceiling tiles (which are gorgeous), so confess to some worries about these being foam. I worried for nothing! These tiles are easy to put up, easy to cut to fit, and look absolutely amazing. If the PVC tiles resemble metal, these foam tiles look like Victorian-style plaster (note that I chose not to paint them). I'm not especially handy and I'm afraid of heights—even a ladder—but I still got two rooms done on my own. They're perfect!

Easy to install. I nailed up 2x4"s and glued to them. Fast and easy. Cuts easier with a scissor. Very lightweight. Looks great in our kitchen!

I looked at a cracked and ugly ceiling over my bed for 5 years before discovering these tiles....and I repaired and spackled that ceiling 3 times in those years without a good result. I spent another 6 months worrying about installing my purchase and finally decided to bite the bullet and use a DIAGONAL installation. It is beautiful, and I mean BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who sees this ceiling just raves and raves and then I show them a sample tile and they are shocked at the product and its result. I've seen people complain about price, but for me it solved a insolvable ceiling and turned it into a beautiful asset! I'm now planning on starting an even bigger job using Antyx. I can't wait to see how well this room turns out! So, if you're hesitating....don't! It is such an easy fix you will be kicking yourself for waiting!
