We strive to provide best possible shopping experience and we stand 100% behind our product. Antique Ceilings, Inc - STYRODECOR will gladly give either a store credit or refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with the ordered received, please contact us at your earliest convenience using the "Contact Us" page or by calling our office at: 1-866-988-4537 or using SMS txt at 1-941-726-0417. In order to provide a store credit or refund, the tile(s) must be received in new and unused condition. The Return deadline on regular stocked merchandise is 30 days from the time the merchandise is received. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance when returning products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, and original shipping will NOT be refunded.
Regular stocked items (All un-painted Foam Ceiling Tiles) will receive a full refund less shipping cost.
Pre-painted ceiling tiles will be a subject to a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to not accept a return.
All sales totaling $1000 or more are final - Sorry, NO Returns or Exchange.

Shipping
Orders for White Foam Ceiling Tiles will ship within 1 business day unless design is out of stock. The pre-painted ceiling tiles ship within 1-2 business days for orders of 200 or less tiles and 2-4 days for orders of 200+ tiles. This site is designed to keep stock count and should prevent from ordering an out of stock product.
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground which offers average delivery of 1-3 days for most Continental USA. All of our orders will ship out of our Shipping Center located at:

Ceiling Tiles Shipping Costs: We offer $10 flat shipping for all orders of $99.00 or less. Ceiling Tile Orders of $100.00 or more will qualify for Free Shipping & Handling.
